Privacy policy

Last updated: November 3, 2026

1. What we collect on this website

  • Contact form and email: your name, work email, company and the content of your message.
  • Technical data: when you visit, our hosting provider and our font provider receive your IP address, browser type and the page requested, because that is needed to deliver the site. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

2. Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal: steps you asked for before a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.
  • To keep the website secure and working: our legitimate interest.
  • To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records once you become a client.

We never sell your personal data.

3. Data we handle for clients

To deliver lead-generation services, we review information that people and businesses have made publicly available online, and pass relevant business leads to our clients. We do this on the basis of legitimate interest and limit it to what business-to-business outreach needs. If you think we hold information about you, write to us. We will tell you what we have and delete it if you ask.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Website hosting: our web hosting provider, which serves the pages of this site.
  • Form delivery: FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards the contact form to our inbox.
  • Email: our email provider, which stores the messages we send and receive.
  • Fonts: Google Fonts (Google LLC), which delivers the typefaces used on this site.

Some of these providers are outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, these transfers are protected by safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept while the contract runs, and afterwards for as long as tax and commercial law require.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Security

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Client information is kept on a private, encrypted network that only our team can reach.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
